Când vin la terapie de cuplu, partenerii au nevoie să se poată bucura din nou unul de celălalt, să resimtă afecțiune și să-și exprime în mod liber iubirea.

Rolul meu este să facilitez un spațiu comun, în care fiecare partener se simte îndreptățit să-și trăiască emoțiile.

Daca simți cum tu și partenerul tău ați alunecat într-o spirală a suferinței, a neglijării reciproce, a deconectării afective, vă aștept să regăsiți împreună sentimentul de solidaritate și entuziasm reciproc.

Viața de cuplu parcurge anumite etape în curgerea ei. Uneori se întâmplă ca trecerea de la o etapă la alta să nu se producă tocmai lin sau să apară stagnarea. Aceste fapte pot genera tensiuni sau dezechilibru în relația de cuplu. Dacă simțiți că aveți nevoie de regăsire și echilibru în relația voastră sau doriți să o înălțați la un nivel superior, plin de armonie și împlinire, vă aștept cu drag.

Relațiile sunt unul dintre cei mai puternici catalizatori ai creșterii și schimbării din viața noastră. În același timp, pot fi și cei mai provocatori. Împlinirea și iubirea pe care o relație de cuplu o poate aduce este egalată de conflictul, tensiunea, confuzia și rănile pe care le poate provoca.

Când alegem să ne deschidem inimile și să împărtășim viața cu cineva, ne confruntăm cu una dintre cele mai profunde provocări, dar și oportunități. Călătoria inimii poate duce către bucuriile și plăcerile noastre cele mai mari, precum și către posibilități de creștere și transformare. Pentru mulți dintre noi, o relație plină de iubire este cel mai important aspect al vieții.

Avem multe nevoi în relație: dorința de iubire și acceptare, prietenie, loialitate, încredere, intimidate, pasiune și sexualitate. Cu toate acestea, suntem deseori surprinși când relațiile noastre nu corespund așteptărilor noastre, iar uneori blocajele noastre emoționale împiedică succesul lor.
